Power by Association: An Unseen Influence!

Misused by Cohen?

‘Power by Association’ is a centuries-old concept. It refers to the influence and advantages one can gain through connections or associations with influential people. This power can manifest in various forms, such as career opportunities, business success, and social status, etc.

The idea behind ‘Power by Association’ is simple: who you know can often be just as important as what you know. Influential people usually have access to resources, opportunities, and information that others do not. By associating with these individuals, you can gain access to these benefits.

For example, suppose you are friends with a successful business owner. In that case, you can learn from their experiences, gain insights into the business world, or even receive job offers or investment opportunities. Similarly, being associated with a well-respected academic could open doors to research opportunities or prestigious academic positions.

The impact of ‘Power by Association’ can be significant. It can shape careers, create fortunes, and even influence the course of industries or nations. However, it’s important to note that this power is only sometimes used for good. It can also lead to nepotism, corruption, and inequality.

For instance, in the business world, ‘Power by Association’ can lead to unfair hiring practices, where jobs are given to people based on who they know rather than their qualifications or abilities. It can also lead to political corruption, with people exchanging contracts or favors for personal gain.

While ‘Power by Association’ can have negative consequences, it can also be harnessed for positive outcomes. For example, individuals can use their connections to create opportunities for others, such as mentoring young professionals or investing in start-ups. Organizations can use their collective power to advocate for change or support charitable causes.

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with a diverse range of people is essential to harnessing the Power of Association. This includes not only those who are currently influential but also those who show potential for future success.

This is an essential aspect of power dynamics. Individuals gain favor; individuals might take actions that they believe would be appreciated by those in power, sometimes even without explicit instructions. This can lead to situations where the influential person becomes inadvertently involved.

The fear of confronting these individuals due to their association with someone influential can further complicate matters. It can create an environment where such actions go unchecked, leading to more significant issues.

As for the cover-up, it’s a complex issue. While some might see it as a natural reaction to protect oneself or one’s reputation, it’s essential to remember that transparency and accountability are the cornerstones of trust and integrity. Cover-ups can lead to loss of credibility and confidence and, in some cases, legal consequences.

It’s a reminder for everyone, especially those in positions of power, to foster an environment of openness where actions are taken based on merit and fairness, not just association. It’s also crucial for individuals to understand their actions’ implications and act responsibly, even when trying to impress or gain favor from those in power.

In the case of Michael Cohen and Donald Trump, Cohen’s actions in arranging a non-disclosure agreement and payment to Stormy Daniels were unnecessary as it was supposed to be one time sexual encounter, according to her, and was denied by Trump. It led to legal repercussions for Cohen and political controversy for Trump. Cohen claimed to bethe so-called savior of Trump and arranged an NDA. As Trump did not pay, maybe he was unaware of it? Or against it? Cohen arranged personally $130,000 for a loan, and to pay Daniels sets up a shell company so the wife does not know that he has dealings with a pornstar? Cohen later claims $420,000 as legal fees.

It’s a clear example of how someone can misuse their association with an influential figure for personal gain or to manage potential scandals.

These situations highlight the complexities and potential pitfalls of power dynamics, particularly when it comes to the misuse of power by association. Cohen, who claimed to be close to Trump, took actions that led to controversy and legal issues, arguably without Trump’s full knowledge or direct involvement.

Without knowing the basic facts that Trump never had sex with Daniels, Cohen fell headlong for Daniels’, an actress-writer and porn film director, script?

Was he overwhelmed by her Charm, Sexual Magnetism and Charismatic Personality? So much so that he does not see the flaw in the script?

Cohen who wanted to impress Trump and his group went to a great length as a diverter of major scandal? In reality, it was her well-written, flawed script that Cohen fell for! Was it important for Cohen to impress Charismatic Daniels as Trump’s fixer? Unfortunately, he did not see the loophole: She was invited to a luxury suite with an attached bathroom for the living room and another for the bedroom. As a guest, she has to use the living room bathroom. How come when she came out and Trump was in bed? How did the bed appear magically in the living room next to the guest bathroom? As a lawyer, he should have seen the major flaw in the script. Unfortunately, Cohen might have thought he was saving Trump from a major scandal. He fell for a flawed script by Daniels, a porn star, writer and director.

A woman is coming out of the bathroom, and a man is waiting outside the bathroom on a bed in a standard hotel room usually between 200 to 300 sq feet, where big beds occupy most of the room, and the room is closely connected to the bathroom. This scenario does not go with the luxury suites of 1000 + sq feet that Trump was occupying. It is also often noted that Porn films prioritize Sizzling Sex, not Script. Is it possible Cohen was bowled over by the sheer presence of Daniels’ Charm, her Charismatic sexual magnetism, and overlooked the flaw in the script? He wanted to impress her as an important man, Mr. Fixer of the future President of America!? Did he fall for the Charismatic Personality of Daniels or more? And his long-time wife suspected it? He then set up a shell company so his wife does not know about his further dealings with Daniels due to a guilty conscious?

Is there a mystery about the dealings between Daniels and Cohen that is hidden behind closed doors? Away from the public eye? A mystery which has no connection to Trump or the so-called sexual encounter claimed by Daniels and denied by Trump, but has a different angle?

What is the connection between Cohen and Daniels? Where did it lead that he was scared of his wife knowing, to the extent he set up a shell company and continued to pay her $130,000 from his own pocket, later claiming legal fees of $420,000 from Trump? Trump may not have approved Cohen’s unauthorized actions. Therefore, he was not invited to join the White House team, to his great disappointment. Trump probably accepted that had no choice but to pay the lawyer’s bill.

Indeed, people often go to great lengths to impress those in positions of power, sometimes even crossing ethical boundaries. This can lead to various issues, from minor misunderstandings to significant scandals.

These situations underscore the importance of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in all dealings, particularly for those in positions of power or close to those who wield it. They also highlight the need for influential figures to be aware of and actively manage their associations to prevent misuse and protect their reputation. It’s a complex issue with no easy solutions, but awareness and vigilance are critical first steps.

While power by association can be a force for good, it also has a darker side. It can be misused, particularly when an individual leverages their association with an influential person for personal gain, often without their knowledge or consent.

An individual close to an influential person can exploit their association in several ways. Even if they do not, they might claim to have the influential person’s endorsement or support. They could use the influential person’s name to access resources, opportunities, or information otherwise unavailable. They might also use their association to exert influence over others, leveraging the influential person’s reputation to intimidate, manipulate, or control.

The misuse of power by association can lead to the individual gaining unchecked power. Because they are associated with an influential person, others may be hesitant to question or challenge them. This can allow the individual to act with impunity, making decisions or taking actions that serve their interests, often at the expense of others.

The consequences of such misuse can be far-reaching. It can lead to corruption, inequality, and a breakdown of trust. It can also harm the reputation of the influential person, as their name and influence are being used without their consent. Sometimes, it can even lead to legal repercussions if the individual’s actions are illegal.

Influential people should be aware of how their name and influence are being used to mitigate the misuse of power by association. They should proactively clarify their relationships and associations, particularly if they suspect misuse. Transparency and open communication can go a long way in preventing such misuse.

‘Power by Association’ is a potent force that can significantly impact our lives. Understanding its existence and potential effects allows us to make more informed decisions about who we associate with and how we leverage our connections.

While power by association can open doors and create opportunities, it can also be misused in ways that are harmful to individuals and society. It’s crucial to be aware of this potential for misuse and to take steps to prevent it.

Power by Association is An Unseen Influence. Cohen used it to his advantage to such an extent he misused it while dealing with Daniels and Trump is in trouble because of it.
